Culver's of Alpine is Under New Management!

 

Gary Kuhlmann and Steve Stephan have purchased the Culver’s Restaurant located at 4820 Alpine Avenue in Comstock Park.  Utilizing the SBA 504 loan program through the Economic Development Foundation and partnering with Macatawa Bank, Gary Kuhlmann and Steve Stephan were able to obtain financing with a low down payment and a very favorable fixed rate for a term of 20 years. 

As a result of this business and real estate acquisition, more than 10 full time and 20 part time jobs were saved and the popular Culver’s franchise location will continue to operate at this existing location.  Culver’s has won numerous local and national awards for excellence in quality, service, convenience, cleanliness, value, atmosphere, menu variety and reputation.   Culvers Restaurants   are a valued and vital part of any community.
